The University of Warwick is delighted to be delivering our Summer School 2022 at our main University of Warwick campus in the heart of England. 

The University of Warwick is a world leading Russell Group University widely recognised as a world leader in research and education ranked 6th in the UK (The Guardian 2022 League Table). The 2022 QS World Rankings also recently ranked The University of Warwick 16th in Europe, and 61st in the world. Our exciting Summer School enables students to benefit from excellent teaching and academic expertise.

Whether you want to boost your core knowledge, or are looking for something a bit more specialised, we have a course that is right for you. Our Summer School really does cater for everyone and includes a range of courses in Economics, Business, Sciences, and Social Sciences.  

 

COURSES  
Duration: 3 weeks full-time  

These courses will provide a thorough grounding in these exciting areas of study and will reflect the highest standards of Warwick’s learning.

Inspirational Guest Lecture Series  
Our Summer School also offers a unique and inspirational evening programme of interactive sessions with eminent public figures. Nobel Prize Winner, Professor George Akerlof, Professor James Robinson, Author of Why Nations Fail, Former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith and Former Cabinet Secretary, Lord Gus O’Donnell have all spoken previously. The programme is included in the tuition fee.   

 

In 2022, we have an influential Member of Parliament, business person and entrepreneur, and an inspirational sportsperson delivering our guest lectures. 

 

Residential Packages  
All of our rooms are en-suite and we have a range of room only, B&B and half board accommodation packages to suit all tastes and budgets. Accommodation is in our Sherbourne Halls of Residence on the University of Warwick's lovely campus and just a short walk to teaching rooms and campus facilities. The accommodation and campus is also less than three miles away from Coventry Train Station. 

 

Social and Cultural Programme  
A highlight of the Summer School is our exciting social programme, many of the activities are included in the tuition fee including a welcome BBQ, three course welcome dinner, and a British afternoon tea farewell reception, sports membership at the brand new Warwick Sports centre, film night and our famous curry, karaoke and disco night! Your tuition fee includes a brilliant day trip to the capital city of London, with tickets for the London Eye and a Thames river cruise. In addition, we arrange trips to Oxford, the theatre, the Cotswolds and Bath for an additional cost. Your timetable leaves you plenty of free time to independently explore some lovely places in the heart of England too!
