Erasmus+ office of Vasil Levski National Military University is organizing Virtual Erasmus+ International Staff week together with the Annual University Scientific Conference 2021.

Due to Covid-19 security measures, online participation in the Annual Scientific Conference, which will be held on 27-28 May 2021, is encouraged. At the same time, the Erasmus+ International Staff Week will be held on 25-28 May 2021. Click on this link to consult the agenda for the Staff Week.

The deadlines for the Annual University Scientific Conference 2021 are as follows:
The deadline to apply for participation is 23rd of April, 2021.
The application form could be filled in accordance with the frame.
An application without a completed annotation will not be accepted.
Confirmation of the application acceptance: 29th of April, 2021.
Payment of the participation fee: 26th of April, 2021.
Confirmation of the payment and sending invoices: 29th of April, 2021.
Sending the paper by e-mail: 2nd of May, 2021 (for a conference proceedings on paper).
Sending the paper by e-mail: 10th of May, 2021 (for conference proceedings on electronic
media).
